We are all too aware of the ongoing problems with Recruitment and Retention of RDS staff across the UK and the knock-on effects this has with the availability of front-line appliances. Dispute numerous reports being published and conferences taking place by various organisations over the last 10 years, the fact remains, little has changed.

In an effort to obtain evidence and provide solutions to this issue we have put together an online survey to obtain the views of all RDS staff across the UK. We therefore ask you to spend a few minutes completing the survey and pass the link onto your colleagues so that as many opinions of serving RDS staff are obtained irrespective of union membership.
