Back in 2014 the RFU ran a survey asking all serving RDS personnel their view on the Retained Duty System.

The results were collated into a report which was published on our website and sent to every Chief Fire Officer, Fire Authority Chair in the UK and to the Fire Minister at the time.

Two years on we feel it appropriate to run the survey again and compare the results with those from 2014 to find out if things have improved (or not).

We therefore ask that you take a couple of minutes to complete the survey online, results are anonymous but we do ask you to state the service to which you work for.
