Negotiations on settlement have reached a significant point and we can reassure members that we expect to sign an agreement with the National Employers early this week. RFU have continued talks due to some of our cases involving both the Part Time Workers legislation and Equal Pay, together with seeking certain assurances regarding Bounty payments.

ALL currently serving personnel who were employed within the reference period (01 July 2000 – 30 June 2010) will receive compensation irrespective of whether they are in the RFU, FBU or no union at all now or at any time in the past.

Further more detailed information will be provided to our members this week when the settlement agreement is signed with the National Employers.
