The National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC) is undertaking a comprehensive On-Call research project across all UKFRS.

The FRSA welcomes this opportunity for serving and retired On-Call staff to provide feedback on their personal experience of the role and provide ideas for improvements that could be made.

We are assured that your responses will remain anonymous, and your details will not be shared with a third-party.

The questionnaire is quite short (12 questions) and should take no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete.

We strongly advise that our members take part in this questionnaire which forms part of the important work being undertaken by the NFCC On-Call Steering Group which the FRSA is supporting.
